Just saw another really good article out of the Harvard Business School about how non-profit organizations are using networking to further their scope of deliverables instead of growing larger. It makes me think of the individual level and how we don't utilize those things that are there in making connections with others that will allow for us to get more of what we want, regardless of whether we control them or not.

Harvard Business School sends out a weekly eNewsletter with articles of interests, and many of them are on career issues. Here's one I just recently saw.
